CafeSynk Lite is. Lite covers one floor — seat billing, food orders, daily takings and the Windows client that locks each PC between sessions — and it is free for Indian gaming cafes, terms and conditions applying (the cafe must be registered in India, GST applicable, fair-use limits on transaction volume). CafeSynk Biller, the standalone billing tool, is free everywhere. The full platform, CafeSynk Premium, is paid: ₹600 per PC per month in India and $6 per PC per month outside it. Outside India, Lite is $10 per month flat however many PCs you run. On every product there is no setup fee, no per-feature charge and no annual contract.

Yes. CafeSynk handles PS5, PS4, Xbox, VR and arcade stations alongside PCs from one cloud admin. You can bill per hour or per controller, track controller and game-disc check-in/check-out, and surface a unified live floor map of every station across PCs and consoles. Console billing is part of CafeSynk Premium, and Premium is priced per PC — consoles do not add to the per-seat count.

Yes. CafeSynk ships GST out of the box — GSTIN configuration, HSN codes, state-aware tax slabs and PDF invoices on every transaction. Monthly GST summary reports are emailed automatically so your accountant can file returns directly. UPI, Razorpay, PayU, Stripe, offline cash, offline UPI and card payments are all supported.
